The alpha is Oklahoma-only. Storm events, address scoring, prospects, territories, and alert subscriptions are limited to Oklahoma.

Open the Storm Map, select "Draw territory," click once for the center, move outward to choose the radius, and click again. Name it, choose its minimum hail size, and save. Use Territories & Crews to assign recipients and manage it later.

Search for an Oklahoma address or select a home on the Storm Map. Review the property score and evidence, then choose "Add to prospects." StormSight does not automatically add every home to your team queue.

Territory email alerts are evaluated when a qualifying hail event intersects an active territory. The event must meet the minimum hail size and confidence configured on that territory, and the territory must have email alerts enabled and recipients assigned.

Yes. Open Alerts to subscribe to selected Oklahoma counties or all of Oklahoma, choose a minimum hail size, and save the subscription. Territory alerts and county subscriptions are separate controls.

Not yet. The launch alert workflows are for hail. Historical wind evidence may contribute to property context, but do not rely on StormSight for live wind notification during the alpha.

Open the event and review its evidence trail, then email ops@harness10.com with the event ID and what you observed. StormSight is decision support and should be checked against current official warnings and field conditions.

It is the model's calibrated 0-100 assessment that hail occurred near the estimated location and time, based on the available evidence. It is not a guarantee, an official warning, or an insurance coverage determination. The calculation is described on the Methodology page.

Yes. Most evidence is combined across independent measurement channels, but a sufficiently strong MRMS MESH radar cluster can create a radar-only event under an explicit threshold. The evidence trail shows which signals were available.

No. Radar-derived hail size is an estimate and can differ from what reached a specific roof. StormSight applies documented corrections and exposes the underlying evidence so users can judge the result.

The queue is curated-only. Open an Oklahoma property on the Storm Map and choose "Add to prospects." An empty queue does not mean there were no storms.

Authorized team members can export the current prospect selection to CSV or PDF from the web Prospects screen. Treat exported address and parcel data according to applicable canvassing and privacy rules.

Some property records may include public parcel-owner information in the detailed property view. Exports omit owner names by default. Access and use this data only for a lawful business purpose.

Use the company join code provided by an administrator, or open the invitation link sent to your email. Sign in or create your account with the invited email address; StormSight will attach you to the company named on the confirmation screen.

An OWNER or ADMIN can open Company settings, enter the teammate's email and role under "Invite member," and send the invitation. The pending-invitations list shows the destination, expiry, and a copyable backup link.

Company settings displays the active company at the top. If you belong to more than one company, use the company selector before changing members, roles, invitations, or territories.
